Hey there, I'm Kristina and I'm the one you call when you need to create inspiring, interactive, and memorable experiences.

I am an educator, creative, and businesswoman passionate about designing transformative experiences and strategies that shape the future. As an educator, I’ve spent over a decade creating innovative programs, developing curricula, and leading professional trainings in diversity, equity, inclusion, and team building. I excel in fostering curiosity and collaboration through experiential education for both e-learning and in-person trainings/teachings.

As a creative and businesswoman, I merge visionary storytelling with practical execution. I’ve built my career designing interactive art exhibitions, community-driven spaces, and growth marketing campaigns while founding and leading ventures that combine creative strategy with business acumen. From launching tech platforms to forging partnerships with global brands, I apply critical thinking, design foresight, and cross-cultural celebration to deliver impactful, future-ready solutions.

I currently combine it all to run Infinityland, my global travel company, where I host retreats for creatives and changemakers in inspiring destinations. I’m also fulfilling my vision of building a creative arts center in Costa Rica, a space for dreamers, thinkers, and doers to prioritize creativity and mental health. Previously, I founded an award-winning online learning platform for diversity, equity & inclusion training called, Unpacking. I designed our product for experiential learning equipped with interaction, collaboration, gamification and delight-filled user experiences. We used the tool to provide executive coaching & team trainings on inclusive product design, customer care & employee satisfaction.

My 15+ years of intersectional work across business, design, art & education, has been recognized by Forbes, Beyonce, SXSW, the Aspen Institute, ASUGSV, the NAACP, Techstars, TechCrunch, Jobs for the Future, Indie Lodging Congress, Vacation Rentals Management Association, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, SOMArts & Cultural Center & Augmented World Expo.

As a speaker, my keynotes, talks, & trainings are sought for their memorable fun & impact. As an academic, I've taught entrepreneurship, innovation & org culture.

I've personally learned the most in life from my travels to 30+ countries thus far. I share my travels on LinkedIn to inspire others to embrace cultural curiosity, celebrate our shared human experience & prioritize mental health.

I hold an M.S. in Integrated Design, Business, & Technology, from the University of Southern California, an M.A. in Teaching Social Science (USC), and a B.A. in Sociology from Arizona State University. My toolkit also includes skills in socio-cultural anthropology, hospitality, and multimedia art in AI, AR, photo & video.
