Hey there, I'm Kristina and I'm the one you call when you need to create inspiring, interactive, and memorable products, programs, and activations.

I’m obsessed with experiential design, storytelling and elevating human experiences of play, accessibility, and delight. I’ve made a name for myself as a futurist who applies socio-cultural foresight to design strategies today that will succeed in the world of tomorrow. I apply creative strategy, critical thinking, design thinking, and cross-cultural celebration to do my best work. My foundation was built leading creative direction, interactive art exhibitions, community-driven third spaces, after school programs & adventure programming for over a decade before I became a tech entrepreneur.

I currently combine it all to run Infinityland, a community-driven creativity company. We curate artistic content, one of a kind merch, trips to inspiration destinations, and are developing arts-focused hospitality for artists, musicians, and makers. Previously, I founded an award-winning online learning platform for diversity, equity & inclusion training called, Unpacking. I designed our product for experiential learning equipped with interaction, collaboration, gamification and delight-filled user experiences. We used the tool to provide executive coaching & team trainings on inclusive product design, customer care & employee satisfaction.

My 15+ years of intersectional work across business, design, art & education, has been recognized by Forbes, Beyonce, SXSW, the Aspen Institute, ASUGSV, the NAACP, Techstars, TechCrunch, Jobs for the Future, Indie Lodging Congress, Vacation Rentals Management Association, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, SOMArts & Cultural Center & Augmented World Expo.

As a speaker, my keynotes, talks, & trainings are sought for their memorable fun & impact. As an academic, I've taught entrepreneurship, innovation & org culture.

I've personally learned the most in life from my travels to 30+ countries thus far. I share my travels on LinkedIn to inspire others to embrace cultural curiosity, celebrate our shared human experience & prioritize mental health.

I hold an M.S. in Integrated Design, Business, & Technology, from the University of Southern California, an M.A. in Teaching Social Science (USC), and a B.A. in Sociology from Arizona State University. My toolkit also includes skills in socio-cultural anthropology, hospitality, and multimedia art in AI, AR, photo & video.

Radical joy is my form of resistance.
